An adult Bald Eagle (left) steals a fish from a Juvenile Eagle in mid flight. Another interesting behavior I noticed at Conowingo. Even though the river was flooded with Shad and Catfish, almost every time an eagle caught a fish, it was ambushed by other Eagles. The smart ones flew into the trees to finish their meal.
